A live performance event celebrating the multitude of experiences around birth, in/fertility, pregnancy and parenthood.
Participants will take the stage, one after another, to share their testimony as an act of courage, rebellion and empowerment.
UNWOMAN (the protest) turns the spotlight on all kinds of people, of all genders, ages, and backgrounds. Those with children and without. Those who wanted them and couldn’t. Those who didn’t want them so didn’t. Those who aren’t sure, and those who forgot.
This deeply human performance celebrates all facets of pregnancy, birth, in/fertility and parenting. It is a primal scream, a moment of reflection, an occasion for joy and a call to arms at the laws attempting to curb bodily autonomy and reproductive rights.
Be a part of an individually empowering experience and collective encounter.
Sign up to deliver your own testimony or come along as an audience member to witness this special event.
