Harry Collins (he/him) graduated from UNSW with a BMus majoring in vocal performance, and then completed an MM in orchestral conducting at the Sydney Conservatorium. Harry then completed an MFA in Theatre, specialising in Music Direction at the Pennsylvania State University. An accomplished pianist, vocal coach and conductor, Harry has a vast musical horizon encompassing the gamut of style, particularly specialising in music theatre and art music. Most recently, Harry was Associate Music Director on the Australian tour of ‘An American In Paris’ (GWB/Australian Ballet), and is currently Music Director on the US National Tour of ‘Come From Away’. Prior to these, he was Music Director of ‘Into The Woods’ and Lippa’s ‘The Wild Party’ for Penn State Centre Stage amongst other credits. Harry also has an extensive resume as an arranger and orchestrator, and ‘Nails Must Be Kept Short’ will mark Harry’s first full-length musical credit as a composer.
