Producer
Viv joined Performing Lines in October 2009. As producer of the MAPS NSW program she has produced many productions, creative developments and tours with the MAPS artists, in collaboration with companies such as Sydney Festival, Griffin, Sydney Theatre Company, Performance Space, and Arts House. Previously Viv was the Artistic Associate and Program Manager of Darwin Festival for the 2007 – 2009 festivals, producing and programming works with a particular focus on Indigenous artists and work from the Asian region. She was an Assistant Producer at Sydney Opera House and held various programming roles at Sydney Festival, including producing the inaugural Festival First Night. Prior to moving into producing, Viv was a stage manager for many of Australia’s leading arts companies and has taught for NIDA and University of Western Sydney. She is a graduate of NIDA’s Production course and has recently completed her Graduate Diploma in Management (Arts and Cultural Management) through the University of South Australia.
