In the intersection where politicians, magicians, and techno-ravers meet, Shamelessly Glitzy Work looks at lies and illusion, manipulation and the sheer power that comes with working a crowd. It is spectacular, hilarious, and terrifying.

Here, intimacy comes quick, but everything that is said is a lie. There are stories half told and facts contested, solos interrupted and smoke and mirrors that fail to hide anything. Magicians and ladies in suits smile while they trick you, then tell you it has all been for the best. You see levitating bodies and wet t-shirt competitions, bleeding heads and ridiculous light shows.
“With sequined curtains, buckets of confetti, lasers and lumpy goop, post’s Shamelessly Glitzy Work is shameless in its glitz and fearless in its attitude.” Aussie Theatre
“…Shamelessly Glitzy Work makes the shared experience of art a thing of joy in itself.” RealTime
